What is the seed of power in Divinity Original Sin? ›

At its core, the “Seed of Power” comes from The Four Relics of Rivellon DLC that was originally released on June 14, 2020, but has become “Gift Bag #5” in the Definitive Edition of the game. While pursuing these Relics is optional, Original Sin 2 completionists might commit a grave mistake by skipping out on them.

If you kill the elf and magisters (or simply let her die at magisters' hands), you can loot Greaves of Contamination and Boots of Contamination. You can also let an elf eat the remains of this elf scion, it will show you where these spores come from, and teach you a new skill named Trigger Spores.

1 Conjurer

The Conjurer is far and away the best magic-focused class, and perhaps the best class that Divinity: Original Sin 2 offers. The Conjurer is effectively two characters at once, both controllable by the player: the Conjurer themselves, and their summoned allies.

The strongest build is heavy Pyro/Geo with an emphasis on +crit and +crit damage. You can even heal yourself from the Pyro damage you deal if survivability is a concern.

A player can have up to two companions. If one character has the Lone Wolf talent, the party limits to only one companion. If both characters have the Lone Wolf talent, they cannot have any companions.
